What should I do if the IP address is blocked or is present in the system?

If you see the information that the IP address has already been used in the system, it means that the IP address, which

you are currently using, has already been registered in Ojooo and is used by another person. It is most likely that you

are using a dynamic IP address that changes each time you connect to the Internet.

(Try to restart your Internet connection)

According to the rules, it is not possible to have two accounts on the same IP address; therefore it is the user's

responsibility to make sure to have a unique IP address. Ojooo is not able to change the IP address of the system

participant.
